| Looking for something for optical demonstrations? This case has a see through window that is 7-13/16" long by 4" wide. Inside the case is a small optical bench. There is a knob on the right side of the viewing window that slides the optics back and forth on the bench. On the left side of the viewing window is a turning knob that has a various number of slits to allow the right amount of light inside the case. It is a teaching aid for demonstration of basic optics. It can be used to observe the straight travel of light, hole image-forming, reflection & refraction of light beam, convergence and divergence of light by lens. It can also be used to help students perform experiments in groups or develop their scientific and technological activities. |
