This complete research package contains everything you need to do laboratory quality science projects with DNA at home at least 100 times! You will be able to extract, purify and to do many simple experiments with the fundamental molecule of life, guaranteed!

It contains 1) Papain Enzyme to destroy proteins that would otherwise contaminate your results. 2) NaCl to lubricate the sticky DNA molecules so they won't bind to cellular matter or each other. 3) NaHCO3 to control pH during the extraction. It makes preparing the all-important buffer solution a snap.
* Special Cell-blasting detergent--Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate--Lab-grade cell-busting agent down cell walls and nuclei and release the DNA. This is the exact same chemical that professional scientists use in their labs. This chemical is completely safe and non-toxic.
* Dr. Shawn's Blue Monster DNA Stain--Safe, and non-toxic. Use this lab-quality stain to make your DNA clearly visible to take picture for your display.

Not Included: Rubbing Alcohol. You'll need to add a little alcohol to make the DNA appear in your test tube. Unfortunately, rubbing alcohol is classified as a hazardous material and it is far too expensive to ship. So you will need to supply your own. But don't worry. Whatever you already have in your medicine chest will work just fine.
