| This was originally used on an aerial camera. 3" focal length f/2.8. We believe these were made specifically for aerial camera production as we can find no information on this lens. Catalog number is 102105, also labeled REF 72314-780-122. Front clear lens diameter is 35mm, barrel is 48mm diameter. Rear clear lens diameter of 32mm, barrel is 40mm diameter. Looks to be 8 elements and all optics are fully AR coated (front element may have some coating break-up). The shutter is opened and closed with a lever on the back of the unit. The entire lens assembly is 50mm long and marked "Lens made in West Germany". The mounting plate measures 75mm x 55mm x 12mm thick and has four 4mm holes for mounting. Good luck finding this lens anywhere else! |
