Looks like could be from some military apparatus. The housing is painted army green and is in the shape of a mailbox with a barrel extending from the one side. The barrel has and inside diameter of 17.5mm and an outside diameter of 19mm by 23mm long. The mailbox shape is 36.5mm long x 30mm wide x 28.5mm high. These were in storage for a long time and may need some internal cleaning. Most are still wrapped in their original packages and those will ship first.
