| Made by Jaeger Optical this is a double convex lens that is 83mm in diameter by 550 mm focal length. Made of crown glass this piece is one of two lenses that would make up a telescope objective (we dont have the flint). The edge thickness is 7mm and the center thickness is 9mm. These have been in storage for some time, so they have light scratches and small edge chips. |
