Not sure what these were made to go into, but the assembly has two front surface mirrors attached to make a 90 degree angle and a slight offset. Bottom mirror is 30mm by 24mm by 6mm thick, and the top mirror is 30mm by 17mm by 6mm thick. Metal V frame holds the mirrors and is 65mm wide by 55mm tall at the highest point and 25mm deep.
One of our customers provided the following: "it's used for image erection. The pupile enters one mirror, exits the other. Assembly should be tilted 45 degrees, so that exit pupil exits perpendicular."
