| Coated optics copy lens made for IBM by Plummer. Multi-element lens assembly. Front and rear elements are 75mm diameter. Barrel is 92mm diameter by 105mm long. Focal length is 9 inches (229mm). Nice sharp color corrected images when used with an eyepiece. Retaining ring holds elements in place so you can take it all apart if you want for experiments. All elements are optical glass and the barrel is heavy duty metal construction. These all have some scratches, some dirt between the elements, and/or some coating breakup. They should be cleaned, but they seem to function fine as is. Weighs 4 pounds. |
