| 8 element lens assembly consisting of 2 dcx aspheric lenses, 2 pcx lenses, 2 negative meniscus, and 1 cemented doublet. Front clear lens diameter of 35mm (barrel is 50mm), rear clear lens diameter of 32mm (barrel is 42mm). Rear focal length is 75mm (from the projected image to the center of the assembly), front focal length is too short to measure. The barrel is 100mm long. Multi-element with beautiful bluish/purple anti-reflective coated optics. Assembly comes apart easily if you want to get to the individual lenses. Could be a nice educational project to take them apart and show how the different lens types can interact with each other. Limited supply! |
