| Optical glass 522595 (Index of Refraction is 1.522 and Abbe V# is 59.5). Looks like these were molded with very strong curve on one side and much less curve on the reverse. The blank is labeled: HA 4140, 12282162 2, 102162 A. Edge thickness is 4mm and center thickness is 20mm. Measures +13.5 diopters at the top on one side, +8.0 on the other. Double Convex lens looks like it could have been made for an aspheric lens as the curve on the steep side appears to vary. Buy a few and save! |
