| Manufactured by A. Jaegers Optical, catalog #17E2642. Precision flat wedge with 4 min deviation. Made of optical glass with index of 1.517 and abbe V#64.5. 12mm thick. This wedge diverts the rays of a beam of light by refraction rather than reflection. Rotation of the wedge causes a change in the path of light. These were used in range finders where the angle of deviation is very small. Unused. |
