| This motorized spindle, designed for Digital Equipment Corporation, is designed for a rotational speed of 5400 RPM and consists of an eight-pole permanent magnet rotor with integral disk mounting hub, a three-phase wye wound stator winding, and a three terminal interconnect. The connection to the driver electronics is through a flexible printed circuit assembly. This spindle was designed to be utilized in a 2.5 inch disk storage device and requires a special driver to operate. We have got a large quantity of these if you can incorporate them into a product.
