Manufactured by Solar Power, these wafers are the same type used in solar cell and semi-conductor manufacturing. Resistivity of .29-.30 ohms, thickness of .020" "before etch", and diameter of 100mm. Polished on both sides. Made in 1982 but unused and a cassette like plastic container. Package is marked Type P and Orientation 1-1-1. Price is for a package of 25. Only have a few.
One of our customers advised that the polish on these suggests that they were probably made for solar cell production as they don't have as high a polish expected for semiconductor manufacture. |
