| Measuring 5" wide x 5 1/2" deep x 2" high, these Mitsumi brand 8-track tape deck replacement head/drive units are steel-framed with 1/16" diameter mounting holes on 3 sides, and include a 1 1/2" high x 1 5/8" diameter Mitsumi motor labeled M40A2-2S, R14-5507, B, and 0491A, four-position head, 3 15/16" wide x 7/8" high tape port with tension roller, and electrical connections for motor (two tab connections) and head (3-conductor wire). Not certain which particular brand/s or model/s of 8-track players this replacement unit was intended for, but each is unused, and in the original wrapping. You can get creative with this. |
