Made by Meade these 8x22 binoculars come with a built in digital camera and folded roof prisms. Has eyepieces to provide 8 power, and 22mm diameter objectives. Comes with blue AR fully coated optics. Field of view is 382 feet at 1000 yards. Rubberized for non-slip grip.
Camera has 16MB of internal memory. This item includes: Digital Camera Binocular, USB Cable, carry case, neck strap, felt cleaning cloth, complete instructions and CD-ROM. Camera takes 2 "AAA" batteries not included. Camera works with Windows 98SE/2000/ME/XP.
The binoculars are great and compact so you can take them with you everywhere. The camera part is fine and gives you 640x480 resolution. Great for sending them via e-mail or displaying on your website, but dont expect the high quality you get from the stand alone cameras .
Great for animal seekers, sporting events, hiking, bird watching etc.. Original list was $84.95 and as of 1/9/09 they are still being sold for that price on Amazon. Unused. Great price.
