A lens assembly consisting of 3 lenses, spacers and a retaining ring. The elements are too small for us to measure directly with our equipment, but are estimated at: a plano-convex, 9.5 mm diameter, 12 mm focal length; a double concave 8.5 mm diameter; and a plano-convex 8.5 mm diameter , 12 mm focal length. The glass elements are all anti-reflection coated.
