Made for one of the military fire control sighting systems. NSN: 5855-087-6428. Negitive Meniscus lens 76.2mm diameter with a small notch probably to hold it in place in the instrument. Focal length is -1250mm. One note in the box suggests that it is the second element in an objective lens assemlby.
