An interesting assembly for the electronics "do-it-yourselfer". The assembly black plastic casing measures 4 15/16" long x 1 5/16" wide, and includes a 1" long mounted motor with screw shaft, connected to dual plastic gears and a capacitor. The final gear has an 1/8" diameter positioning hole near the edge that aligns with a notch in the case side panel. Power to the motor is supplied through dual wires connected to what appear to be DC battery clips. A dual-wired 1/8" plug is attached to the casing and motor. The assembly has four base attachment tabs. Should run on 1.5 VDC (slow) to 9 VDC (fast) range and output gear should rotate between 30 and 50 RPM but nothing happens when a 1.5volt battery is applied.
