This is a unique mounted filter. It has a satin finish that is transparent, but distorts/clouds the image. The mounting is 102mm diameter by 16mm wide. The mount has 4 clamping post that would connect to the objective barrel of the camera. Each leg is 23mm long by 6mm wide. The clear diameter of the filter is 95mm. Optical effect involves bending a percentage of the image-forming light from its original path to defocus it.
