We don't know what camera it was made for and don't have voltage requirements or other specs but what a great device to experiment with. Assembly is 2-1/8" long by 1-15/16" wide. Shutter opening is 7/32". You can set this mechanism manually. Push down on the black arm. Then push the white release mechanism on the front black side to open the shutter. To close the shutter, push the other white release mechanism on the back brass side. To reset and use again just push down on the black arm again. The lens is 7/16" in diameter by 1" focal length. The lens has a beautiful pinkish/purple anti-reflective coating.
