This is a Bausch and Lomb 115VAC 60 cycle power supply that converts to 750V 45mA. The power supply is 5-1/4 long by 3 wide by 1-3/4 thick. The light housing is 4 in diameter by 3/4 thick. The machined bulb holder is 3-5/16 long by 1-5/16 wide. Has two set screws. One to hold the holder in place and the other to extend the rod to make the lamp shorter or longer. Unused.
