Made by Coils Inc. in Huntley, IL this AC adapter charger provides 120VDC, 60Hz, 5W, 3VAC. This item has a 4-1/2 foot cord and goes into a 110V outlet. The connecting end is 3/8" x 3/4" and has two holes that are 1/16" away from the center of the connector. The holes are 5/32" in diameter.
