OK, we're guessing a bit on this one. It's an adapter apparently intended to step down the voltage supplied by a solar cell array to 12, 9 or 6/7.5 volts. See photo for details of connectors and wiring. May have application in other DC-DC conversion applications. We doubt you will find these anywhere else. Unused
